Display number of differences while comparing different versions of article
It will be helpful to see number of differences at the top.
Search and replace in Code View
It would be nice if there were "search and replace" functionality while in the Code view.
Allow changing Article SEO via API
The article option "Exclude from external search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo etc." is available through the UI but not the API. It's also not available as a bulk operation. This means it's essentially not possible to change this option en masse. Adding it to the Article Settings API would be a simple solution.
Private article links for public KBs
We have content we'd like to document and share with customers as an article link WITHOUT requiring a private KB setup. The URL of this article should only be accessible if they have the direct link BUT it should not be searchable and crawled for SEO.
Save Draft Option
I think there should be more clarification as to when you're saving your draft vs. publishing your draft. When you hit the "save" button, it's not clear that you're saving your draft. I think the "save" button should actually be "save draft" on the button and only save the new changes you've created since the last published report.
Using "Bold" should actually make text bold.
In a recent update, the "Bold" function appears to have been changed. Bolded text is now only slightly different than regular text and the "bold" is almost not noticeable. Please make it so that bolded text is actually bold and stands out from other text like before the update.
Article redirect rules by project version
Currently, you can set article redirect rules globally, for all vesions at once. For some project versions, this creates unnecessary redirects, which results in 404s. Please add the ability to add article redirect rules per version.
Use "Internal Notes" feature to hide private content in a public knowledge base
We are publishing a public KB but we want to hide certain content to be accessible by "private readers only once we confirm their identity as a customer. Private readers is only accessible if the KB is private. It would be AWESOME to have "private readers" in a public KB and allow us to use Internal Notes to expose non-public content.
Add the ability to access non public docs
Like in google docs: Anyone who has the link can access. No sign-in required. so we can have internal docs without the need of duplicates
